Don Branzuela is a Dallas–Fort Worth beverage and hospitality entrepreneur with extensive experience in mobile bartending, beverage catering, concessions, event staffing, and large-scale event operations.
Don founded Party Bartenders, where he built his foundation in professional bar service, event execution, staffing, beverage logistics, and delivering polished guest experiences for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and special events.
After Party Bartenders, Don co-founded HD Liquid Catering, helping build the company into one of the region's most active beverage catering operations. HD Liquid Catering averaged more than 700 events annually and generated approximately $1.5 million to $2 million in annual sales. Through HD, Don helped oversee and develop mobile bar programs, beverage catering packages, portable bar rentals, custom cocktail service, venue partnerships, staffing systems, festival operations, and high-volume event execution across the Dallas–Fort Worth market.
Don later founded Boo Boo's Lemonade, a fresh-squeezed lemonade and limeade concept serving farmers markets, festivals, corporate events, weddings, private parties, and community events throughout North Texas. Boo Boo's brings together his background in beverage service, concessions, branding, and operational systems to create a fun, family-friendly, high-volume beverage experience.
He is also developing a new beverage concept designed to expand beyond traditional lemonade and bartending into a broader modern beverage catering platform, offering alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage experiences including sparkling lemonades, limeades, teas, iced coffees, specialty drinks, frozen beverages, and customizable event beverage bars.
A major part of Don's work is helping beverage businesses become easier to own and operate. He is passionate about building practical systems, repeatable processes, standard operating procedures, staffing workflows, pricing tools, and operational infrastructure that reduce chaos and allow businesses to scale. He actively leverages artificial intelligence and automation to streamline lead management, quoting, customer communication, scheduling, marketing, training, and back-office operations.
